Portal war 2007 DIE Innovation auf dem Spielemarkt, das Prinzip der Portale schlichtweg revolutionär. Während man mithilfe der Portal Gun (portable "Wurmloch"-Kanone) den Raum verkürzt und damit so einige neuartige Rätsel löst, näher man sich nach und nach der Wahrheit dessen, was in den Aperture Laboren wohl passiert ist.
Zuerst ahnt man davon rein gar nichts, während man von der charmanten, aber nicht weniger zynischen Computerstimme der künstlichen Intelligenz "GlaDOS" durch die Rätselkammern geführt wird. Aber irgendwann gilt es, die Wahrheit über die Katastrophe dahinter aufzudecken - und, nicht weniger, das Ganze zu überleben!

Wird es Kuchen geben?

Nicht jeder, aber viele kennen Portal. Deswegen muss in diesem Let's Play etwas Neues her. Das Wissen um Portal weitestgehend vorausgesetzt, habe ich mich diesmal einer sehr schönen Mod gewidmet, Blue Portals.
Das Team hat hier visuell extrem viel rausgeholt. Die Musik ist auch sehr überzeugend.
Man spielt sich nur mit blauen Portalen durch die Kammern, das orangene kommt per Autoportal. Und auch sonst gibt es so einige neue Gimmicks zu entdecken, in erster Linie Würfel mit individuellen Eigenschaften, aber auch Magnete, neuartige Grills, Aktivierungslicht und vieles mehr.
